Here at Serenity we will monitor you with an InBody analysis which shows the breakdown of fat, muscle, water and bone in each part of your body. It is important that as you lose weight you maintain the muscle that you have and even grow more muscle. This way your new body will both look and feel healthy. It is not well known that not only is it important to build muscle but also important for your muscle to be symmetrically distributed on your body. Asymmetric muscle mass will cause you to have a higher risk of injury, falls and other problems.

In addition to being board certified in Family Medicine, she has gotten additional training to incorporate the many aspects of weight loss medicine. She has expertise in many pharmaceutical and behavioral models to assist in weight loss. This will assure your success in the most healthful manner.
